？ Receive booking information from Customers, forward to agent to book space from airlines / shipping line.
接受客户预订信息，转发给代理从航空公司/船公司预定的舱间。
？ Feed back the schedule to customers.
反馈行程表给客户。
？ Trace the status of the shipment (when the cargo picked up from customers’ warehouse-- transported to agent ‘s warehouse--customs declaration finished-- handed over to airlines—flight departed(off-loaded or not)-- arrived at the destination-- transported to consignee’s warehouse) , update tracing report to customers timely.
跟踪运输状态（当货物从客户仓库打包 - 运到代理商仓库 - 清关 - 移交给航空公司，起飞- 到达目的地 - 运到收货人仓库），及时更新跟踪报告给客户。
？ Send relevant document to customers ( MAWB, HAWB , cargo manifest etc )
发送相关文档给客户（MAWB，分运单，货物清单等）
？ Handle the emergency in the process.
处理操作中的紧急情况。
？ Assist finance to check the billing, issue invoice to customers.
协助财务检查开票，开具发票给客户。
接受客户预订信息，转发给代理从航空公司/船公司预定的舱间。
