We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage and develop a portfolio of Japanese corporate relationships with the aim of achieving maximum return to the Bank (globally as a whole) whilst providing top class customer service and maintaining sound credit quality, and complying with both internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
2. to maximize the revenues of customer portfolio and increase the Bank’s share of customers wallets.
3. to maintain a high level of credit quality in the jobholder’s customer portfolio and to mitigate the hidden risks of the evolving Global Banking products. Coordinate with other Bank colleagues both locally and overseas to deliver seamless worldwide service to clients.
4. to build effective customer relationships and to become the customers’ preferred financial partner and trusted advisor.
5. to Coordinate the CST to ensure the clients’ needs are covered in a proactive and efficient manner.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state)
-Corporate Banker having minimum 10 years of general banking experience with a significant exposure in Corporate Banking and experience marketing banking services to global Japanese companies, and especially at least 5 years' working experience in major foreign banks (Non-Japanese banks) in China recently.
-Sound knowledge of banking practices and procedures together with a demonstrated knowledge of commercial banking, payment and cash management products, treasury, trade products, accounting practices, banking law and security documentation is required.
-Well-versed with related China regulations about client, product and credit.
-Client service experience paired with a strong sense of accountability and integrity
-Strong analytical skills with an ability to think laterally to facilitate the structuring of complex credits and to quickly determine the issue pertaining to a credit situation.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, together with negotiating experience and confidence to deal with senior principals of large corporations.
-Working language skills of Japanese, Chinese and English
-Able to work under pressure
