Job Summary
Leads the oversight and direction information security.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Leads the oversight and direction information security.
? Manages the development, implementation and enforcement of corporate-wide Information Security policies, procedures and standards.
? Provides consulting to Senior Management as well as IT and makes decisions and recommendations regarding major impacts on the Corporation's ability to conduct business.
? Oversees the business and operational infrastructure personnel regarding new and existing technologies and appropriate security architectures, practices and procedures.
? Has broad responsibility to interface with various internal and external clients, audit agencies, and regulatory entities to establish communication, cooperation and compliance of information security standards and requirements.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
? Advanced degree or security certification beneficial (CISSP - Certified Information Security Systems Professional or CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor).
? Minimum 8 years of information security or related technology experience required.
? Must have In-depth knowledge of security systems and applications and a strong foundation in core area of security (e.g. network and authentication and authorization, risk analysis, business security).
? Must have a thorough understanding of control and risk management concepts.
? Must have strong leadership and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Must be well-organized, solution oriented and have strong process management skills.
