Job Summary
Responsible for delivering high quality IT Datacenter & Network services and solutions by leading a team of engineers.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Ensure Datacenter and network SLAs are met
? Establish and maintain infrastructure(network, Datacenter and office) management process and standards
? Design and implement Datacenter and network solutions to meet company standards and business requirements
? Delivery Infrastructure projects that meet defined requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
? Manage incident, problem and change for network, datacenter and office related
? Establish and maintain relationships with carriers and vendors to pursue best pricing and high quality support for products and services
? Staffing and recruiting
? Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security/design standards

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 8+ years of technical IT infrastructure experience - designing, implementing and maintaining datacenter, office facility and network systems and 4+ years in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
? Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
? Project Management experience, demonstrating the ability to gather requirements, define scope, schedule tasks and resources, and deliver high quality results.
? Strong people management, motivation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
? Proactive, accountable, autonomous, and results oriented
? Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience. PMP and ITIL is preferred
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
