Job Summary
Responsible for the hosting service and DR to to ensure IT services running smoothly.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Ensure the operations of hosting service by achieving the Service Level Agreement KPIs
? Run and improve a standardized hosting service standard including mornitoring, security, backup&recovery, schedule jobs etc..
? Manage the incident, problem and change for hosting services
? Run and improve a standardized IT DR and BCP process and lead the teams to perform regulally DR testing for all infrastructure and applications.
? Support project team to delivery hosting service for new applications and transfer to sustain successfully

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 4+ years working experience in IT department and 2 year+ in hosting service and IT continuity management.
? Experience on hosting service management including server HW, OS, middleware and database.
? Experiance on enterprise level DR management including IT DR and BCP.
? Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
