Job Summary
Responsible for the network and telecom design, implementation and incident, problem, change management.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Provide maintain & troubleshooting for WAN, LAN and Internet
? Provide maintain & troubleshooting for Employee VPN and supplier VPN
? Provide maintain & troubleshooting for switches/routers/load balancers/proxies(including PAC file)/firewalls
? Provide maintain & troubleshooting for VoIP system
? Support network related projects such as network, cabling, voice, messaging, client computing and so on

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 4+ years working experience in IT department and 2 year+ in network area.
? Experience on below areas:
* WAN, MPLS (customer end only), IP, BGP, EIGRP
* VPN, Network security, Firewall
* Router, L2/L3 switch, OOB Modems,
* Network performance tuning and optimization.
* Experience in deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Proxy/Caches system (i.e., Bluecoat SG/AV devices) CCIE
* PAC file creation
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
