Job Summary
Provide leadership and project management in driving IT infrastructure projects and solutions delivery by working with internal and external parties including global organizations.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Strong abilities of hands-on project management and cross team collaboration in delivering IT solutions and identifying improvement opportunities in multiple technical areas, including data and voice networking, security, distributed systems, data centers and other areas
? Initiate and develop project charter and project plan, align with business stakeholders on project scope and quantifiable deliverables.
? Manage effective communications with users, stakeholders to ensure clarity of project progress, deliverables and risks.
? Work with IT architecture team to evaluate, select and tailor IT solutions to meet business requirements and align with business strategies.
? Work with IT operations and sustain teams to ensure sustainability after project go-live.
? Manage external vendors and retain domain knowledge within the organization.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 6+ years working experience in IT department and 3 year+ in infrastructure project implementation.
? Strong knowledge of Datacenter, network, server, PC, Information Security and Core infrastructure services
? Excellent hands-on Project Management proven experience
? Highly motivated, organized, and ability to manage multitasks, excellent communication skills
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
