1.Brief Description
This position is oversee the operations of forwarding business for multiple customers within one group, and monitor daily operation to meet key customer's need.

2.Key Result Areas
1) meet customer's needs - measured through KPIs, by customer's feedback, and improvement opportunities (cio)identified
2) minimize service failure - measured through KPI performance
3) proactively interact with clients, vendors and destinations to demonstrate our service is best value for money.-measured through KPIs, by customer's feedback.

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
1) monitor daily operations activities for customers
2) standardize existing services
3) problem shooting to meet customers satisfaction
4) implement new customers requirement
5) co-operate with services providers to solve local customs/trucking problems
6) conduct staff's on-job training in specific group
7) to handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

4. Requirements
1) college degree or above
2) 3-4 years experience in shipping operations
3) good and solid background in operations
4) good command of both spoken and written English/Chinese
5) strong interpersonal and leadership skill
6) good knowledge of process management
7) knowledge in supply chain management
8) shipping knowledge
9) understand Chinese customs regulation and industry trends
10) customer focus
11) good communication in English
12) PC knowledge
