Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain all in-and-out record of spare parts in the warehouse
- Monitor and maintain in-and-out record of diesel
- Perform daily stock-take for diesel and provide stock-take reports
- Prepare and issue to procurement department the purchase request for spare parts
- Prepare monthly stock record and report to accounts department for month-end closing
- Perform regular stock-take on spare parts in the warehouse particularly for the high-valued parts

Job Requirements:

- Diploma level or above
- 2 years or above relevant experience (candidate who is familiar with truck spare parts is preferred)
- Good command of verbal and written English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Honest, responsible, careful and hard-working
- Willing to station in West Africa
