Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• Assist to manage physical security matters relating to Branch. Physical security matters mainly cover, but not limited to, setup and maintenance of security equipment and management of the guarding and cash-in-transit services.
协助管理分行的安保工作. 包括但不仅限于安防设施的建立与维护, 保安及押运服务的管理。
• Implement tactical security solutions devised and as guided by the Headquarters office in Shanghai
执行由总行的制定并引导的安全保卫策略。
• Support relationship management with key stakeholders pertinent to Branch - internally with customer groups/product groups/function groups and externally with regulators and contractors.
与分行的各个利益相关方保持良好关系 - 对内与业务部门/产品部门/其他职能部门，对外与监管部门和承包商等。
• Support to ensure security risks are appropriately mitigated and on-goingly managed.
为确保安全风险得以适当减少并可长期管理提供支持。
• Support the branch network expansion project in Branch by supervising and monitoring the implementation of compliant security measures within agreed time-frames.
在达成协议的时间框架内对安保措施的实施进行监督，为分行的网点拓展提供支持。
• As guided and support by branch management and CNQ SFR, support Branch to manage other SFR matters such as BCM tasks, information risk matters, and fraud matters as arising.
在分行管理层和总行安保及反欺诈部门的指引和支持下，对分行其他安保工作提供协助，例如业务持续性管理，信息风险和欺诈相关事宜。
• As guided and support by branch management and CNQ SFR, assist to manage any arising security incidents that impact on any part of the branch business in a timely manner to contain damage and impact.
在分行管理层和总行安保及反欺诈部门的指引和支持下，及时协助管理分行突发的安全事件，使其对分行业务的损失与影响得以及时的控制。
• Keep abreast of relevant local risks and threats. Assist to manage the risks and threats as appropriate in conjunction with management.
保持对当地的风险及威胁的了解。协助管理层对风险及威胁进行控制管理。
• Supervise and monitor security matters and tasks to ensure compliance of the security operation, and timely act to facilitate regulatory inspections as required by local regulators.
督促并监督安保相关事务以确保安全保卫运营工作的合规性，并及时采取行动为当地监管部门要求进行的合规检查提供帮助。
• Assist to conduct reviews of security risks as required by regulators or management, and support Group Audit and/or Internal Audit to conduct security risk audits as arising.
根据监管部门或管理层的要求对安全保卫相关风险进行检讨，并对集团审计和/或其它内部审计工作提供需要的支持
• Support branch management and CNQ SFR in completing other SFR related tasks and projects as required.

• Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor or above (recognized by the state);
大学本科学历或以上
• Demonstrable relevant working experience an advantage;
有相关工作经验优先
• Certified security professional accreditation an advantage;
有安保执业资格证书优先
• Capable of taking initiative and working independently to complete assigned tasks;
主动进取并能独立完成所指派的任务
• Capable of managing security costs for branch;
具有管理分行层面安保费用的能力
• Reasonably competent in English, reading and written;
有一定的英语读写能力
• Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure;
能承受工作压力
• Good relationship management and communication skills and be capable of developing rapport with internal and external stakeholders (Gong An and regulators);

• Possessing a strong compliance mind-set.
