Mission
Support in offers and reaching business target through efficient business operations, monitoring of businesses development, controlling of processes and achieving the best financial result in the relate area.
What are my responsibilities
_ Support business department and sales function with low voltage Drive product and system to help customer's application.
_ To deliver clarification on technology and pre-sale support for customer with right knowledge to help customer use product and system in correct way.
_ To deliver support to customer via Technical Support Hotline;
_ To solve customer's problems during installation, commissioning;
_ To work out knowledge documents to share internally and externally.
_ Good sense of teamwork, excellent service attitude and willing to help customer
_ Hard-working , flexible in travelling.
What do I need to qualify for this job
_ Office skills adn office softward skills (especially PowerPoint)
_ Bachelor or above and majoring in electric drive and Automation
_ 3-5 years practical engineering experience (designing, programming, installation, commissioning) on electric drive and Automation, certain branch application experience preferred.
_ Solid knowledge of drive system and drive theory
_ Good command of writing, speaking and reading English.
_ Summarize and documentation ability;
_ Certain motor product knowledge and automation system knowledge preferred;
_ Self- driven, can work independently and under stressful conditions sometimes.
_ Good team player
