Position: Customer Service Coordinator
职位：客户服务专员


Responsibilities/工作职责:
1. Communication with selected customer and problem solving
与客户沟通并帮助其解决问题
2. Scheduling of repairs according to priority factors
根据优先级安排维修
3. Overseeing spare part stock
负责备件库存管理
4. Quality feedback reports
负责质量反馈报告
5. Monthly inventories
负责月度库存

Requirements/要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above，Interested in the watch repair services
本科以上学历,对手表维修服务感兴趣
2. Two years working experience in customer service, Have working experiences in luxury、five-star hotels、high-end clubs、golf Club and airline will be considered a priority
两年以上客户服务工作经验, 有奢侈品行业、五星级酒店、高端会所、高尔夫俱乐部、航空公司相关工作经验者优先
3. Ability to read, writes, speak and understand the English language to communicate effectively with guests
能有效的用英语沟通交流
4. Hard working and responsible
工作认真、责任心强
5. Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
良好的人际沟通和客户服务技巧
6. Team player, self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill, passion to work

7. High potential and good learning ability
