-职位定义：
service line 是公司研发中心（GEEDS）的一个部门，service line部门有做EMC的，仿真和硬件设计的， 大概目前有24个工程师。这个部门类似于其他项目部门的技术顾问，给其他项目提供EMC,仿真，硬件设计等技术支持与帮助。

AREA OF WORK:
1、Lead the HW service line : ensure the quality of the service line in term of QCD (Quality, Cost, on time Delivery)
- answer in time to the request for quotation from the Valeo Division
- manage resources workload scheduling the jobs and follow up the schedule according the quotation
- ensure the quality of the delivered jobs to the Divisions
- update and report the indicator of the activity
- alert, define and follow the action plan if any deviation from the QCD objectives

2、Lead the service line team : recruit, train and manage his team, focused on maintaining the right level of technical team and customer mindset
- recruit the skill according to the customer need or service line strategy (defined by the CEE manager)
- organize training with EVE School to maintain the accurate technical level of the service line team member
- manage resources according Valeo Policy

3、 Deploy the Valeo R&D standard and methodology within his team and Division Core Team

4、Focus on customer satisfaction :ensure constructive relationship with the customers, leading regular meeting at middle management level to warranty the customer satisfaction
- measure the customer satisfaction : lead regular meeting at middle management level and survey
- define and deploy action plan to improve the customer satisfaction

Working relationships (customers/ suppliers) :

1、 strong relationships with customer (Valeo Division)
2、relationship with supplier (components or PCBA supplier)

- travels in Divisions (mainly in Europe) for product training and customer knowledge
