Description

1.Coordinate with both clients and remote processing hubs for branch trade finance products (including LC, Collection, Guarantee/SBLC, RMB Bill of Exchange Financing) booking.

2.Maintain constant relationship with relevant regulatory authorities and provide high efficient, quality operation support to business.

3.Ensures the processing of all trade transactions are in strict compliance with law, Uniform Customs Rules, Government, JPM’s policy and Services Standard of the Division.

4.Assist operation manager in dealing with external & internal affairs and participate in relevant projects and other ad hoc events as required.

5.Assists the staff in the Hub to resolve all complicated trade transactions.

6.Produce PBOC SAFE report.

7.Back-up for other FX/RMB operation when required.

Requirements

1.College graduate or above

2.Minimum 2-3 years of Trade Finance working experience at foreign bank

3.Solid understanding of relevant PBOC regulation

4.Knowledge UCP Rules, international trade and OFAC regulations

5.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

6.Good customer contact techniques

7.Knowledge and experience in other FX/RMB operation preferred

8.Fluent in English and Mandarin

9.Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
