工作职责

1. Operation of the agency business with site office;
处理售楼处日常销售代理业务;

2. Pro-active marketing of the company services, receiving and registering of clients, undertaking cold calling, building walking and building portfolio information management to generate prospective business leads;
负责落实公司服务内容，主动进行客户开发，客户跟踪。掌握物业相关信息为公司拓展业务;

3. Handling and overseeing direct client negotiations, including preparation of necessary information and materials;
负责直接与客户进行谈判，包括准备相关信息及资料;

4. Preparation of required reports by company management.
能应公司管理需求提供有关市场报告.

工作要求

1. At least 2 years’ experience in residential sales; Experience in high-end properties will be preferred;
至少2年住宅销售经验; 有豪宅销售经验者优先；

2. Excellent communication and teamwork spirit;
有较强的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神;

3. Aggressive, hard-working with initiation attitude;
有积极、进取的工作态度;

4. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
流利的英文听说、书写能力;

5. College degree and above.
大专以上学历.
