职位描述
Key Duties and Responsibility
1. Provide project management consultancy services to the external clients and meet all project requirements
2. Deliver the project in accordance with the scope of services in the consultancy agreement and execute them from beginning to completion to the satisfaction of the client
3. In consultation with the clients and project team, and in accordance with the scope of consultancy services, define and manage the project scope, goals, process, time, cost, quality, etc, and make relevant recommendation to the clients and ensure the final delivery meeting these recommendations
4. Manage and coordinate with project stakeholders for the successful delivery of the project
5. Prepare and organize tender and provide assessment with a recommendation for selection of suppliers, including design, contractors, Jianli, other consultants and suppliers.
6. Carry out regular attendance on project meetings and site visits, review progress and assess quality and conformity of the design and construction works with the project requirements
7. Ensure that communication with all project stakeholders is at all time clear, open, and honest and conforming to the highest standard.
8. Ensure all project documents is accurate, coordinated and documented
9. Follow internal procedure and manage project administration systems for the projects under control
10. Assist in preparation of bid documents
11. Support the internal lines of business where and when required
Technical requirements
1. Prefer Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related real estate or construction discipline with 3+ years post grad work experiences.
2. Exposure to and understanding of the project management or construction management practice
3. Competency in using design and engineering software, such as CAD, Visio, or similar software. Must have the ability to provide preliminary test fit plan or other conceptual plans when required.
4. Background knowledge and understanding of the applicable regulatory procedures, authorities, and approvals
5. General understanding of contractual and legal requirement in the construction industry
6. Must be detail-oriented, analytical and computer-literate with proven leadership skills.
7. Excellent personal presentation and genuine desire and ability to participate and positively promote and represent the business at industry functions, events, client meetings, project bids and interview, and in informal / social engagement as part of business development activities
8. Client focused with excellent customer services skills
9. Pro-active, self-motivated and positive attitude
10. Strong written/verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
11. Occasional travelling required.
