职位要求:
1、行政管理、商务秘书等相关学科大专以上学历；
2、熟悉各种公文写作，文笔优秀；
3、组织协调能力较强，善于沟通；良好的服务意识和办事能力；
4、具备较强的责任心，良好的形象气质；
5、能够熟练使用计算机相关软件（Word， Excel，PowerPoint等）；
6、有驾驶经验、驾驶执照者优先。

职责描述:
1、公司前台来电的接听与转接；
2、公司来往信函、快递等文件收发，前台接待、客人来访迎送等招待工作;
3、各部门快递费用、行政相关费用的报销
4、公司员工考勤、加班、调休的记录与统计；
5、公司员工车补饭补的记录及统计；
6、帮助公司员工订餐、预订酒店、机票或火车票等；
7、公司报刊、书籍的订阅；
8、饮用桶装水、咖啡的订购；
9、大会议室预订管理；
10、办公环境及秩序的维护；
11、办公用品的管理，且定期进行盘点、采购；
12、公司车辆违章情况定期查询；
13、协助HRS部门的其他工作；
14、其他上级交办的任务。
