Title: International Sales Assistant(海外销售助理)
Report to: Customer Service Manager
Major Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all aspects of the customer service function for PBN global, handle customers’ request regarding orders, deliveries, repairs and any other inquiries;
2. Be responsible for orders processing in System, including translating customer forecast to sales orders, goods receiving, billing, repair process and so on;
3. Work closely with PBN manufacturing team to control the customer demanding schedules and manage order priorities upon customer request;
4. Take charge for warehouse and inventory controlling, coordinate stock transfers and stock administration in bonded warehouse for Company as well as demonstration stock monitoring around the world;
5. Execute international Repair orders according to approved and existing procedures and provide quarterly reports on repair performance;
6. Generate customer service performance review system and reporting system to management team;
7. Other works that might be assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge & Skill requirements:
1. At least 3-5 years working experience on customer service or sales admin/support;
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
3. Good excel skills;
4. Knowledge with ERP system is preferred;
5. Good communications skill , Bilingual in English and Chinese (must);
6. Be a good team player, high reasonability and ability to work under pressure;
7. Science and Engineering background is preferred.
