Job Title: International Support Engineer (FTTX)
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
1, Maintain and track tickets in international customer support system.
2, Response customer request and resolve issues with the customer on their production system.
3, Routine check customer system and make sure system in health state.
4, Maintain system install and upgrade records for the international customer.
5, Work with ISTA Test Engineer to refine test cases.
6, Other work assigned by company leaders.
Qualification:
1, BS/Master in Communication (or equivalent).
2, Familiar with IP L2 protocal and typical L3 Applications.
3, Familiar with communication testing equipment and tools.
4, Familiar with bug tracking system.
5, Open mind and good team communication skill.
6, Excellent English speaking and writting skill.
7, EPON or DOCSIS experience background is better.
