Title: Senior Firmware Engineer
Reporting to: Firmware Manager
Major Responsibilities:
1. Firmware Development on ARM, PowerPC, or PIC etc embedded hardware platform.
2. Take part in firmware architecture design, especially in specified technical direction such as BSP(Linux/Vxworks), EPON, SNMP/Web, Database, Layer2, or Layer 3 protocols, HFC etc.
3. Firmware Requirements Analysis and Design.
4. New Technical Introduction when needed.
5. Designing HFC and/or FTTx products.
6. Train and support to others in specified technical directions.
Knowledge & Skill requirements:
1. Extensive firmware development in C/C++, etc.
2. Complete Experiences in HFC, FTTX, and/or Switch products firmware developments.
3. Experience on involving Firmware Architectures .
4. Fluency in English communication skills.
5. Understanding HFC, FTTX, and/or Access Network Applications.
6. Understanding Process of Product development.
