1. Supplier Quality Management System: Maintain and control the efficiency of the Continental Supplier Quality Management system, procedures, guidelines and tools to support the Continental Quality strategies in order to meet the costs and productivity targets;
2. Supplier Selection: Plan and conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to support the cross-functional supplier selection team with the required quality data; Contribution at sourcing decisions to ensure that the supplier will be selected under consideration of the total cost of ownership approach; Initate and introduce the prefered supplier and component strategy;
3. Component Introduction: Plan, initiate and control preventive orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase to ensure that our products meets the defined quality requirements;
4. Supplier Management: Plan, initiate, implement and control the appropriate supplier quality assurance measures along the complete process chain in the make / market phase for all supplied goods and services, in his area of reasonability, to continuously observe the quality performance of the supplier;
5. Supplier Improvement: Support the improvement activities in root cause analyses / the definition / implementation of appropriate counter measurements at the supplier to ensure that the parts and services meets the defined quality requirements; Initiate, lead and drive supplier improvement programs;
6. Controlling and Reporting: Support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key process indicators (KPI′s) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated;
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1. Bachelor's degree with engineering background;
2. Plastic molding manufacture quality background, both functional part and decorated part.
3. More than 3 years working experience in Automotive industry, and rich knowledge on Automotive quality systems (TS16949) and five core skills.
4. Strong supplier management skill/characteristic.
5. Rich experience for 8D/Problem solving skill
6. PPAP/APQP experience is required
7. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
