Leasing & Marketing:
? Accountable for leasing properties in Shaoxing and achieving superior occupancy results;
? Apply an energetic, entrepreneurial and proactive approach to maximize the rental revenues by negotiating new leases;
? Accurately forecast and achieve budgeted lease rates, retention ratio and occupancy;
? Be responsible for all aspects of local customer relationships, including the assurance of customer satisfaction of each tenant and station manager. Focus on being “close to the customer” at all times;
? Understand real estate competition, location, product, supply and demand within targeted markets, Leverage relationships with targeted national and global customers to create new leases opportunities;
? Identify, develop and recommend new business opportunities;
? Support and follow up on new business development initiatives;
? Develop regular status reports and actively communicate business leasing/development progress with the management and peer groups to achieve consensus and support;
? Communicate with third party brokers, government channel and relevant association as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

? University Degree with a major in related field;
? 4–6 years of leasing experience in industrial real estate in Shaoxing/Hangzhou or other cities in Zhejiang Province ;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
? Fluent English and Mandarin;
? Computer program proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
? Positive working attitude; A team player and high degree of character and integrity; Good and proven business judgment;
? Proven record of accomplishment in industrial development who has strong existing relationships with potential deal sources as well as the brokerage and institutional communities in the assigned region;
? Experience interacting and negotiating at a senior level with business partners, customers, and government officials;
