Responsibility:

§ Driving target channel distribution development to enhanced penetrations and building superior relationships with Key End Users Accounts within the assigned geographic area and target segment (or industry)

§ Maximize product portfolio with distribution customers & key end user accounts

§ Enhance assigned target channels/geographic area business with the addition of new product introductions.

§ Formulate and execute sales & promotion plan which are in line with company strategies to drive sales and profitability for Rubbermaid Commercial Product business

§ Partnering with distributors and internal operating to execute product’s selling strengths and promote products and services.

§ Keep close control on AR & statutory form collection

§ Conduct product trainings to distributors quarterly

§ Provide field analysis on competitions, and general marketplace activities

Requirements:

§ Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing disciplines with at least 5 years’ field sales experiences in MNCs environment.

§ Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.

§ Experiences in Commercial Cleaning, Food Service, Hospitality or Industrial MRO will be very highly preferred. Working knowledge of plastics tools will be advantageous.

§ Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
