1. Support company initiatives for process transformation; ensure standard operation procedures are in line with company Standards

2. Support order to cash process integrated, standardization and simplification

3. Handle AR related works including collection, AR account reconciliation and dispute settlement process

4. Handle credit check for customers and perform controls over order release

5. Follow up with Customer/Customer service/Cash application team for unapplied cash settlement and root cause identification

6. Handle monthly and quarterly AR closing and Prepare AR aging report and analysis monthly

Person Specification:

1, College degree or above in finance, accounting or equivalent

2, 3+ years solid related working experience in MNC companies(must)

3, Detail-oriented, self-starter, prioritize assignment and work independently

4, Familiar with MS office and Good English skill
