Planner Scheduler
Job Description *
1)Supervise the planner and assign the task averagely, coach the subordinates to continuously improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
2)Close contact with production department, ensure the build plan is be performed, maximize arrange production & equipment using. Keep the OEE in the high level.
3)Balance the production ability and evaluate the capacity of the equipment and production line.
4)Audit the daily production plan.
5)Work out the schedule for training the subordinates.
6)Control the inventory in a normal level, including the raw material and the semi-finished goods.
7)Ensure the planner do the correct operation in the ERP.
8)Keep in touch with the PM & CS & SCM of every project closely.
9)Project leader for HP and Microsoft
Job Requirements *
1)Create detail Build Plan for each process according to Delivery Schedule. And confirm the material supply. Commit Finish Goods' delivery schedule to program, make sure the Delivery On Time.
2)Watch over the daily production, give indications to production line to full fill the delivery when special case occurred; monitor production on output to make sure archive the target.
3)Generate production orders for Finished Goods and scrap parts, Backflush material in ERP system. Calculate monthly count data at the end of each month.
4)new projects launch arrangement, new tools trial arrangement.
5)Monitor the capacity to make sure we have enough resource to cover the forecast.
6)Calculate & allocation the capacity for different projects, keep the high OEE rate and low KB inventory.
