1.依照作业指导书及部门其他辅助的工作指引，在保证质量的前提下，及时完成加工任务。 2.做好机床日常的维护和保养; 3.协助编程组改进不良的刀路，使刀路最优化。并与装配组和电加工组做好沟通; 4.按5S要求管理好刀具和工具，清洁并整理好现场; 5.按照操作注意事项和安全准则进行生产，随时注意操作安全; 6.工作中发现问题，及时上报，并作相应的沟通和处理。 职位要求： 1.有良好的工作态度及执行力 2.了解塑胶模具结，熟悉精密模具制造工艺流程； 3.操作MAKINO，ROEDERS等控制系统机床 4.了解CNC高速加工的相关技术,具有较强成本观念及精度意识，会磨刀，懂自检； 5.愿意接受白,夜班倒班轮换； 6.有操作MAKINO, FANUC,OKUMA,ROEDERS等机床者优先
