Job Description

General Purpose:
The Quote Analyst will support the Quote Program Manager during the entire quote process The Quote Analyst will own the maintenance and administration of the data base (Share point, SFDC) and perform all relevant queries and reporting.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Check the key RFQ info availability and completeness before KOC-support to Quote Manager
2. Handing samples, doc pack and sharing-support to Quote Manager
3. Join the KOC, understand the RFQ background, take minutes for the whole schedule, key assumption and pending issues-support to Quote Manager
4. Follow up with related teams to get the input on schedule
5. Pre-check the input data and verify with related teams-support to Quote Manager
6. Draft simple VA calculations if needed-support to Quote Manager
7. Update SFDC key info and financial data based on final quote version
8. Stores quote package onto share point when quote completed including approval email
9. Maintain RFQ log book at weekly base
10. Prepare and support on quote database set up, quote related reporting and presentations
11. The Quote Analyst will contribute to the improvement of the quote process overall.


Job Requirements

1. Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking, sensitive on figures
2. Good communication skills
3. Good English language skills
4. Ability to deliver reliable, accurate results-even under time pressure
5. Flexibility in work time
6. Good skills of Microsoft office package(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
7. Basic knowledge in the area of finance
8. Preferable degree in engineering and /Or finance
9. Preferable working experience in engineering and/Or finance
