Key responsibilities主要职责:

1. The Project Leader is responsible for the operative management of the new product development project on site at manufacturing/engineering locations once one Product Development Request (PDR) is approved and the project is established.

2. This position requires an enthusiastic approach to co-ordinate multi-functional project teams, and to ensure deliverables are complete according to agreed metrics for quality, financials and timing.

3. Motivate and assist other members of project team(s) on following the Company new product introduction procedure, directives and requirements, to report status of the assigned projects to Product Management and to consolidate any project documentation required for Gate Reviews and Operational Product Committee meetings.

Requirement要求

1. BSME or BS Engineering technology

2. 5 years prior automotive experience in a global setting

3. Experiencing in launching new products from inception to SOP

4. APQP experience required

5. Should have manufacturing process knowledge - stamping, welding, injection molding, assembly operations

6. Should have experience in Project Management; MS Project experience will be helpful

7. Ability to lead teams with global team members; lead conference calls, web meetings, manage weekly open issues list

8. Ability to support customer OEM technical presentations; evaluate RFQs and support Sales Team with quote activity
