Key responsibilities主要职责:

1.Build and foster a high performing workforce that successfully integrates with the broader product development requirements as well as provide compelling, profitable services to the broader China automotive market, work with sales department for product design and price quotation 统管研发生产过程中技术问题，提供技术管理的支持,协助销售部门参与报价

2.Serves as overall facilitator for product development . Plans, directs and coordinates all activities relating to the Product Development Process (APQP, SQA, Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing engineering). Recommend, monitor and adjust appropriate plant operating procedures for the purpose of accomplishing the program requirements. Promotes coordination and communication of program team. Conducts all program reviews,主导研发生产过程中所有研发生产的技术活动，调整合适生产活动配合项目的安排，推动项目的进展提供相依的技术支持

3.Management of production capacity and investment: calculate the production area and TRS according to customer future plan. and then follow the progress. 监控并管理生产能力和相关投资：根据客户未来计划来优化占地面积和设备使利用；建立并管理投资，维护和制造工程预算；根据客户需要追踪机器和设备能力。

4.Comply with requirement for TS/16849, ISO14001&OHS18001, china division and customer.遵守TS/16949、ISO14001&OHS18001、集团及顾客相关要求及公司管理规章制度。

5.Responsible for quality, HSE within engineering department.
对本部门范围内的质量、健康/安全/环境工作负责。

6.Cooperation with other department and realize the target of company better. 配合其他部门的工作，从而更好地完成公司的目标。

7.Complete the temporary work given by company 完成公司临时交办的工作。

Requirement要求

1.engineering bachelor or above 工程学士学位以上学位

2.10-year experience in manufacturing in automotive industry with minimums 3 manager skills. 10年以上的相关工作经验,至少3年经理的管理能力

3.Leadership, communication skill, team spirit 领导能力，擅于沟通, 团队精神

4.Good at Mandarin and English 流利中英文交流能力
