Job description

1. To plan, organize and lead the all the new product and machinery phase in and set up activities.

2. To continuous improve and look into ways to enhance the productivity & cost of the production, process & product by utilizing machine capacity, manpower or other resources in an optimum way.

3. Reporting all existing project status and on periodically basis.

4. Mechanical structural analysis and design optimization.

5. Build up product structure including bill of materials.

6. Coordinate, interface and work together with domestic and international parties on product and transferring.

7. Assist Sourcing Department in identifying appropriate and qualified suppliers.

8. Assist QC department and Industrial Engineers in composing assembly and test standards to ensure quality achievement.

9. To ensure subordinate discipline are maintained all time and to motivate to achieve company objectives.

10. To interact with other departments to achieve company objectives.

11. To ensure safe work culture and environment when carry out the duties and compliance with all safety, health and environment rules and regulations.

12. To carry out and ensure good housekeeping in working area.

13. Other duties as required by superior from time to time.

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical design or equivalent;

2. More than 8 years work experience of product development, manufacturing process and project management;

3. Be familiar with plastics products;

4. Be proficient in Pro/E or Auto-Cad
