职位描述

üData analysis:

oSupport commodity manager and be responsible for data collection and analysis of assigned commodity & project ;

ü Operation:

oPR completion according to contract and process.

oAccountable for internal & external self independent communications and well bridge the information transmit;

oEnsure the daily operation of assigned commodity or project is timely & properly rolled out, such as supplier sustainability report record & update, savings calculation, input and files documentation, stamp contract. etc.

üProcurement:

oHelp commodity manager based on ABB's SOPs & platform using to do activities well contributed on spend management, supplier relationship management, project management and value added to business, such as supplier KPI monitoring and tracking, request consolidation, bidding conduct, etc.

üAdmin:

oTake the responsibility on assigned daily commodity & team Admin. operations, such as tel conf. set up, meeting memo. draft etc.

üTranslation:

oGood capability of oral English, English writing and will have work on article translations occasionally.
