RequirementBasic Requirement:
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Fluid mechanical or Thermodynamics engineering
-3-5 years Preference in Commercial refrigeration products industry
-Ability to plan & execute tasks independently
-Ability to analyzing test data and optimizing
-Work with team spirit
Skill requirement:
-Good experience and knowledge in design/optimization & Servicing/testing &validation of air cooling system for refrigerating and electrics product and liquid agitation system
-Understanding of component stucture design and matching of product air inlet and outlet grille,fan,orifice,housing,liquid agitation blad and containging tank
-Exposure to fundamentals of air and liquid fluid mechanics principles.
-Experience in fluid principle analysis and engineering operation.
-3D CAD modeling and CAE simulation ability.
-Ability to analyzing test data and optimizing.-Good communication and passion for work.
-Experience on Agency application CE,UL,ETL.
-Experience in new products development cycle considered as plus
-Excellent writing and oral English.
Job Description
1.Refrigerant system air flow design and optimization.
-Design some kinds of new fan for high efficiency and low noise(Axial fan, Turbo fan,Blower fan).
-Analysis and calculation of refrigeration and electrics product heating and air flow resistance.
-Design and optimization of new air flow path for refrigeration and electrics system cooling.
-Match the fan with air flow path.
-Conduct CAE simulation and Structure optimization.
2.Liquid agitation system design and optimize.
-Design agitation blade and liquid containing tank
-Improce and optimize ice bank stability of refrigerant system.
3.Testing and validation
-Design and make testing bench of fan and air flow path.
-Conduct test and analyze the result to validate and improve the design.
4.Support the Compliance engineer to prepare teh samples and docummentation to the Agency institute.
