销售经理岗位职责：
1、相关行业客户的开发与跟踪、维护；
2、完成总经理交付的销售任务；
3、公司金属表面处理机械产品的市场推广;
4、熟练掌握上述产品特性，对客户提出的问题给予详实解答；
5、与技术部门协调做好售前和售后服务
6、遵守公司规章和社会公德，遵纪守法

任职要求：
1、5年以上钣金加工机械（如激光切割机、冲剪机、去毛刺机等)销售和市场推广经验；
2、流利的外语口笔头交流能力，德语优先，英语也可；
3、机械学历背景，深度了解钣金加工机械及其应用；
4、可以家庭办公（home office）, 可以经常出差
5、抗压能力强，对挖掘自身潜力有极大的兴趣；
6、具有恒心，有不达目的不罢休的精神；
7、有团队协作精神和极强的学习能力；
8、能迅速适用工作环境和要求。

Sales Manager ‘s Responsibility
1. Industrial sectors and their customers’ development and following up
2. fulfill the sales target assigned from general manager
3. marketing activities to promote the company’s sheet metal processing machinery
4. Full knowledge of the company’s sheet metal processing products, positive feedback to the customers’ technical request
5. Cooperate with technical department , in respects of defining customer requirement clearly and figuring out solutions and product selection accordingly before sales; and providing good service to buyers after sales.
6. Comply with company rules and social ethics, law –abiding

Job Requirement:
1. More than five years experience of sale and market promoting for sheet metal processing machines(Laser, punching and shearing machine, deburring and edge rounding machines )
2. Fluent English presentation and communication skill in oral, writing and reading. Germany Language is a plus.
3. Education background in Mechanical Engineering qualification, deep knowledge about the sheet metal processing machine and its application
4. Adopted to working in home office, frequent business travel is required
5. Proactive attitude, self –discipline, can work under high pressure and independent way,
6. Perseverance, Result-Oriented, Self- motivated for the sale target.
7. Teamwork spirit, quick learning capability
8. Quickly adapted to the conditions and target of the job
