Title:

Replenishment Officer

Reporting line:

Report to Distribution Center Manager

Location:

Langfang district, Tianjin

Over all job function:

Responsible for the replenishment of garments from the Distribution Center to the shops

Job Responsibility:

- Supervise replenishment work of service provider

- Set and monitor replenishment goals with DC-Manager

- Communicate planning figures to Service

- Coordinate with allocation team regarding volume planning

- Communicate with Sales Merchandiser

- Conduct inventories

- Data input into H&M’s internal IT-systems

- Help DCM manage transportation service provider

- Maintain and mange non-commercial goods flow to shops and a reasonable stock level in warehouse.

Job requirements:

- Good planning and analytical skills

- Figure minded and service oriented

- Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office and Kea system )

- Retail shop knowledge is a plus

- Ability to prioritize tasks

- Good communication skills

- Team work capability

- Flexible and the understanding of irregular working hours is required.

- Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Willing to work in weekends and holidays
