职位描述
主要工作职责：
1、负责淮北工厂的考勤管理以及相关数据分析支持;
2、协助建立员工档案，以及办理员工社保手续等.
3、协助淮北工厂招工事宜，开拓招聘渠道，准备候选人应聘信息，协调面试安排，办理入职手续及入职培训，及时维护员工信息表。
4、协助其他员工关系事宜，如：内部沟通文件的发布，员工活动的组织，入职体检办理等等。
5、处理经理交办其他临时性工作.
技能要求：
1、本科，具有办公软件的知识与实操技巧
2、优秀的沟通及演示能力
3、良好的团队合作精神
4、关注细节，文件整理
5、具有英文书面沟通能力者优先
6、具有相关工作1-2年经验者优先
此职位入职后需要先到天津柯雅培训3-6个月
