Customer Relationship Management – Account profile, Opp. & Quote
Order Management (Sample, Price release, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification)
Sales Administration Support – assist FSE to provide necessary sales reports, forecast entry
Knowledge, Skills & Education
College graduate
3~5 year experience in Sr. Customer Service Rep similar position
Min. 3 years working experience in local electronic industry
Good communication in written and spoken English
