Strategically manage with all levels of selected Strategic accounts to meet their requirements, through projects (Proactive/Reactive) management of identifying & creating their needs, and working with local, regional and even global teams to develop solutions accordingly via new ideas, accessible technologies, new product strategy, and new value chain together with good networking intelligence and outstanding client services as a great business partner.
Responsibilities:
Business for selected strategic accounts
·Achieve Sales Target for selected accounts etc
·Identify, predict and create selected accounts' needs on new products, and advanced existing products with good business sense and cases through presenting a metrics of market trends and analysis, costs benefit and enhancement of brand integrity.
·Establish and execute account management strategy, forecast, planning and budgeting.
·Be a competent partner internally & externally - an expert for the Chinese market and technical knowledge relevant to accounts' focus categories.
·Lead and manage projects to ensure that they meet deadlines and customer's requirement by working closely with technical, consumer research and regional team.
·Manage the supplier-customer relationship through intensive network, providing client services in terms of problem solving on commercial issues, and being a business partner.
·Prepare sales report and account analysis.
Requirements:
Essential:
·Be motivated by tasks accomplishment and targets achievement.
·Computer literate and proficient.
·Preferably with at least 3-5 years sales experiences in managing key accounts and projects, brand and product management concept, international exposures
·Be capable in both oral and written English.
·Strong leadership and coordinating skills in terms of project management to meet the deadline and customers' requirement.
·Possess strong communication skills especially interpersonal skills and influencing skills with marketing knowledge and capability.
·Customer-oriented, service-minded and a good team player.
·Physically presentable, out-going, initiative and dynamic.
Preferred:
·MBA degree or similar
·Product & application knowledge
·3-5 years of managerial experience at country or regional level in strategic planning, P&L and forecast
·Good industry networking
