Job Description:
1.Promote HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and ethical behaviour to align with group 'Values';
2.Ensure compliance with group procurement policies and procedures and relevant statutory regulations on project procurement execution;
3.Assist Procurement with sourcing strategy for static equipment;
4.Establish technical input to Package Procurement Strategy e.g. Criticality assessment, Technical input to bidders and technical evaluations criteria;
5.Compile Technical Requisition & Specification for Inquiry and Purchase Order;
6.Perform technical Pre-Order Activities;
7.Perform bid evaluations and supplier selection;
8.Establish requirements and plan for Supplier Documents and Drawings (SDD) exchange;
9.Liaise with QC Manager on inspections of equipment;
10.Execute and co-ordinate Supplier Documents and Drawings (SDD) approval;
11.Liaise with Engineering group on exchange of supplier SDD between supplier and engineering;
12.Execute and co-ordinate technical Change Control and Non-Conformance requests;
13.Liaise with commercially responsible on technical issues with cost or contract impact;
14.Execute technical Close Out Activities and technical Supplier Performance Evaluation.

Job Requirements:
1.University degree or professional education in Mechanical Engineer e.g. graduate Engineer, BSc., MSc. or PhD;
2.Minimum 8 years' relevant experience on EPC projects, experiences in working for offshore international companies is an advantage;
3.Experience as technical responsible for procurement of static equipment;
4.High integrity and ethical values;
5.A team player willing to take challenges on international project;
6.No objection to frequent travelling;
7.Innovative and creative mind-set;
8.Familiar with relevant standards such as ISO, EN, API, BS and NORSOK & Chinese GB;
9.Multi-discipline understanding;
10.Fluent in written and spoken English;
11.Attention to detail;
12.Customer focus.
