Finance & Accounting 财务
- "完成并核查周、月、季度的财务报告。
Complete and review a variety of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports."
- "更新财务汇报系统,分析财务结果。
Update financial reporting systems and analyze financial results."
- "确保公司间财务支付和记录准确。
Ensure the accuracy of all inter-company payments and records."
- "与销售和客户协作收取相关付款。
Work with the sales team and customers to receive customer payment."
- "管理小额备用金。
Manage and report petty cash."
- "管理所有进货发票,应付账款,跟进未付账款。
Manage all incoming invoices, accounts payable, collect delinquent invoices."
- "每月审核增值税发票,及时在当地完成退税手续。
Arrange monthly VAT invoice verification and tax return at local tax bureau."
Purchasing & Planning 采购
- "与服务中心团队协作,计划产品需求。
Work with the service centre team to plan for what parts equipment will be needed."

Issue and track purchase orders to our central purchasing team in Shanghai."

HR Admin & Office Support 人事
- "负责服务中心员工考勤,协调招聘和员工沟通等人力资源部门的工作。
Responsible for employees attendance report, coordicate recruitment, employee communication and HR related tasks."
- "对服务中心经理和员工的行政助理职责,包括,预定差旅酒店、机票;处理相关邮件包裹,组织安排会议等。
Provides a broad range of administrative duties to the service centre management and staff, including: booking travel tickets & hotels for business trips, processing in and out mail, organizing and booking meetings."
- "管理日常服务中心运营,包括办公室设备和用品。
Manage service centre operations including office equipment and supplies."
- 完成上级交办的其它工作。

Requirements 要求
- "专科以上学历,财务会计专业为优。
College degree or above, with a major in accounting and/or finance strongly preferred. "
- "有3年以上财务工作经验。
More than 3 years accountant working experience strongly preferred."
- 英语沟通良好优先。
Good spoken and written English strongly preferred.
- 熟练操作办公室软件操作,相关供应商软件使用。
Good Office software skills preferred.
