职责描述
1.负责与采购供应链一起对新供应商的开发。Responsible for developing new supplier with Suply chain.
2.负责供应商的体系审核、过程审核，并验证整改情况，促进其持续改进。Responsible for suppliers’ system audit and process audit, and check their rectification situation and promote them continuous improvement.
3.负责供应商的质量跟踪及督促其质量改善。Responsible for following up supplier’s quality and promoting them to improve quality
4.负责供应商测量方法的指导，测量要求和质量要求的培训，并指导供应商完成PPAP资料的递交。Responsible for guiding the measurement methods, doing the training of measurement equirements and quality requirements for suppliers and instruct them to complete and submit the PPAP materials
5.收集、分析质量数据，管理供应商产品质量并提出质量改进计划及监督实施。Collect and analyze quality data, manage supplier’s product quality and raise quality improvement plan and promote them to complete
6.运用Flextop 系统处理供应商投诉，并督促其整改完成。Exert Flextop system to deal with employees’ complain and promote them to complete the improvement
7.对供应商的业绩进行评审，并提出改善意见。Audit suppliers’performance and raise improvement opinion
8.参与产品实现过程中质量问题的评审与持续改进。Participate in the audit of the quality issues during the product produce process and continuous improvement
9.在供应商不断开发的情况下支持采购工作,并确保建立符合TS的程序规范。Support purchasing in the development of our vendor base and ensure that all specifications are met by setting up vendor audit process and procedure.
10.负责对发外协受控文件的督查和对外量具的协商事宜。Responsible for checking the controlled documents and consulting the measuring tools for vendors.
11.协助质量经理完成部门其他事宜。Assist quality manager to complete the other works

1. More than 3 years experience in supplier management 3年以上供应商的管理经验。
2. Familiar with ISO9001:2008 and TS16949 tools and TS tools.
熟悉ISO9001:2008和TS16949,五大手册等工具.
3.Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, powder metallurgy机加工，热处理知识，粉末冶金知识培训.
4. Good communication in both English and Chinese communication skills良好的中英文交流沟通能力.
5. Honesty, good professional dedication诚实可信,良好的敬业精神.
