Requirements:
Technical (Networking):
？ Good understanding on the following technologies like
o 802.1D Spanning Tree Protocol, Vlan & Trunking, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, ARP, NAT, VRRP, Static & Dynamic Routing, OSPF, RIP V1&2, ISDN, Frame-Relay, IP Addressing
o 802.11a/b/g/, Antenna, Fundamental understanding of RF communications.
o VPN Technologies (IPSEC/L2TP, PPTP), Access Control List.
？ Hands-on experience setting up related network services on Windows OS (2003/2008 Server)
？ Desktop troubleshooting experience in Windows/Mac OS environment
？ Understanding of Linux /Unix would be added advantage
Communication:
？ Fluent verbal and written communications skills in English are required
Personality Traits:
？ Excellent work ethics, dependable, and responsible
？ Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new technologies quickly and can adapt to a growing and evolving team: Strong self-motivation (this is not just another job!)
？ Imaginative, motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure
？ Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills and excellent analytical skills
？ Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and minimal supervision
Technical Certification:
Any industry technical certification in relevant field would be of added value.
Responsibilities:
？ Providing technical support to customers, partner & Sales team for various technologies as related to Aruba products.
？ Formulate technical action plans for analyzing and resolving problems related to the Aruba deployment
？ Generate documentation in the form of case notes & tech tips
？ Work on complex problems requiring in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting skills
？ Simulate problems in lab
？ Participate in solutions for knowledge base
？ Provide technical training cross-training to relevant groups as needed
？ Work effectively in a team environment
