Job Summary
Work closely with Japan onshore team to manage the financial aspects of Accenture engagements or contracts by executing appropriate financial procedures and providing advices along the contract life circle to internal stakeholders, with objective of compliance and achievement of business and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Japan CFM lead and local CFM team to provide Finance support services
Directly supervise a few team members for service delivery to onshore contracts.Ensure appropriate financial management and advice occurs through the provision of AEE CFM processes to Japan internal clients by identifying, applying and communicating financial best practices.Initiate transactions for client engagements including on-time revenue recognition, time transfers, invoices for client engagement and projects.Review of pricing on new deals and provide pricing support on benchmarks and sources of information.Ad hoc presentations and analysis as required.Assist the Japan team lead to improve Japan team's performance and address issues in scopeParticipate in and conducting of training programs when capable and necessary.Implement operational improvements as required.
