Job Summary
The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for executing administration tasks around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
They will be responsible for a range of processes as defined by the team structure in Japan Field HR Team.
- Support the performance lead in defining the performance feedback approach as well as its implementation;
- Provide guidance and coaching to the HR representatives on the Annual Process where required.
- Help to manage the performance assessment and promotion processes across entities
- Coordinate with country or GU compensation contacts on annual review and/or mid year review compensation data;
- Liaise with Global team to make sure that compensation data updated in HR system timely;
- Conduct regular audit to meet the Internal Control requirements;
- Responsible for executing the ad hoc compensation projects when it is necessary
Systems / Standards
· Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards
Customer Services
· Ensuring that all employee enquiries are responded in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service levels
Teamwork
· Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods
· Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries as directed by the Specialist
Process Improvement
· Continuously improve HR processes by undertaking regular reviews administered through the SAP and assisting in reviews administrative systems and procedures
Auditing
· Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regular conduct of audits appropriate to service lines
Special Projects
· Assist country HR by providing support to local projects with ad hoc services as requested

· Reports to: | Japan FHR Team Lead |

· External Relationships: | HR service providers – as appropriate |
Qualifications
· Education: | Year 12 essential. Tertiary qualifications would be considered an advantage |
· Work Experience: | 2 year plus relevant experience in HR/Customer Services/Outscoring |
· Work Requirements: | The incumbent will be based at the AEE in Dalian |
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
· Strong PC skills (MS Office, including Excel, Access and Word) are preferred
