What are my responsibilities?
Develops continuous improvement plan.
Develops project/program management activities (definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management) for complex projects or programs.
Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
Performs full range of standard work for the professional field.
Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
A sound understanding of and skill in several activities which involve a variety of practices and precedents, OR a basic understanding of the theory and principles in a scientific or similar discipline.
Alternative or combined skills in understanding, and motivating people are important in the highest degree.
Policies and precedents, legislative acts, guidelines and legal requirements.
Understanding of functions and how the functions align with and support the business and operational processes.
What else do I need to know?
5-8 years project manager experience.

3 years experience in a product design project team.
