RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
？ Works closely with sales team to understand and clarify customer’s technical requirements, arranges necessary seminar with customer to enhance their comprehension of our ABS products and application, sells our technical value to customer.
与销售团队紧密合作,理解并分析客户的技术要求,安排技术交流以帮助客户加深对本公司汽车车身铝板产品及其应用的了解,向客户展示本公司的技术价值。
？ Provides onsite technical support on serial production and trial run of aluminum parts in customer plant, solves production issues based on integrated resource, collects necessary information and accurately reports to internal departments in time, follows up the quality improvement procedure.
为客户日常铝件生产及新项目调试提供驻厂技术支持及跟踪，整合资源解决客户生产中的问题。收集必要信息，将相关问题及时的准确的反馈到公司相关部门，跟踪后续质量改进。
？ Receives and coordinates on customer complaints. Technically confirms the status on site, collects samples required and works together with CSR team to solve customer quality claims, convinces the customer based on investigation, keeps up to date track on material quality in both customer’s plant and our logistical partner’s warehouse.
接收并协调处理客户投诉，进行现场技术确认，收集必须的样品并协同客服处理质量索赔，与客户沟通处理结果，持续跟踪客户工厂内及外协仓库内的产品质量。
？ Identify, monitor and get involved in the OEM’s process of “drafting” new material specifications.
了解，跟踪并积极参与到主机厂新材料规范的起草、制订过程中。
？ Identify timelines for future new materials, platforms and car models and related deadlines for material qualification.
跟踪客户处新材料应用，新项目及新车型相关的时间节点以及时完成相关的材料认证。
？ Assure that relevant company’s materials are qualified and appear on the “approved material/suppliers list” within the required deadlines, enabling Sales to receive RFQ’s prior to the contract negotiation deadlines for future platforms and car models.
在公司相关产品已获得认证的情况下，确保销售人员在新项目的商务合同谈判期限前收到详细的技术要求。
？ Periodically visits the customer to maintain a good relationship, listens and anticipates customer needs.
定期拜访客户以维护良好的客户关系，倾听客户的早期需求。
？ Keeps up to date attention to competitors’ product performance, product & market development.
持续关注竞争对手的产品性能，新产品开发及市场拓展。

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 教育背景/经验要求
？ More than 3 years’ technical working experience of metal material, BIW design, forming process or tooling design related to automotive industry.
3年以上汽车金属材料，车身设计，冲压工艺或模具设计方面相关技术工作经验。
？ University degree majored in metal material or mechanical, aluminium alloy or steel knowledge is preferred.
大学或以上学历，金属材料或机械相关专业,具备铝合金或钢铁方面知识优先。
