岗位要求：
1、通信及其相关专业大专（含）以上学历，年龄30岁以下，身体健康， 无色盲。
2、熟悉计算机软硬件、互联网知识及相关操作，对通信网络及通信基础知识有了解，掌握机、测、电、线基本知识；
3、有较强的敬业精神，积极进取，能吃苦耐劳，作风严谨、工作扎实，能承担一定的工作压力，有团队合作精神，服从工作安排及调整。
4、具有较强的思考分析和解决问题能力，有较强的动手能力及学习能力；具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力
5、有相关工作经验及电信资格证书者优先。
6、熟悉联通等运营商运维管理模式，有2年以上团队管理（50人以上）工作经验，
7、熟悉项目操作流程，熟悉末梢项目施工。对项目相关业务熟悉。

岗位职责：
1、负责配合、监督、支援代维代装人员严格执行施工标准及服务规范，按用户要求时间及时完成责任社区内普通电话、ISDN、小区宽带、ADSL等业务的装机和业务开通工作。
2、负责严格执行施工标准及服务规范，及时修复、处理责任社区内普通电话、ISDN、小区宽带、ADSL等业务故障及用户服务请求，保障7x24小时用户业务正常使用。对重大、疑难障碍及问题需及时上报。
3、负责责任社区内的线路及相关设备的日常维护工作。管控区域内设备实装情况，并根据业务需求情况及设备使用情况及时提出小型引纤及扩容申请，并跟踪落实情况，监督完成时限，确保及时满足用户需求、业务及时开通、障碍及时修复。
4、负责责任社区内线路及相关设备的资源管理工作，确保用户号线资源及相关设备资源的更新及时、准确。
5、满足所辖区域内所有客户的服务需求，维系所辖社区内客户及相关协作单位的亲和关系，提高用户满意度，积极探索区域化综合服务体系，拓展责任社区内的用户业务。
