岗位要求：
1、通信、电子、计算机类等相关专业；
2、初级需具备软件使用、测试分析能力，中级1年以上TD无线网络优化工作经验，高级2年以上TD无线网络优化经验；

5、工作积极主动，责任心强；服从公司安排，适应长、短期出差；

岗位职责：
1．熟悉TD-SCDMA网络通信知识相及原理，掌握、熟练掌握TD-SCDMA主要接口和信令流程，负责网络优化的实施；
2、掌握位置更新登记、区域选择、重选，系统广播参数对终端的控制，终端状态转换、切换测量的报告、切换判决等过程机制；
3、熟悉、掌握网络测试评估规范、测试方法，测试流程和操作技巧；较强的数据分析、解决方案的编写能力；
4、了解设中兴TD网硬件设备知识，能通过网管平台进行统计数据分析、无线参数设置和OMC操作，并对遇到的一般问题都能够提交分析报告和解决方案；
5、具备KPI指标优化，差小区数据处理的能力；
6、调整日常参数及邻区关系，核查周期性参数与邻区关系；
7、分析测试数据，提交优化方案包括天馈调整、邻区参数调整等，根据优化方案的实施进度进行复测；
8、配合项目经理完成其他相关网优工作；
