职位描述
Responsibilities
Understanding business resource plan and recruiting requirements.
· Defining target recruitment group and appropriate sourcing channels.
· Collecting and screening CVs.
· Conducting first round interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to line managers.
· Advising management team on recruitment guideline (discuss about the suitability of candidates and provide HR professional. suggestion).
· Salary and other benefit situation negotiation with candidate.
· Keep files of potential candidates in pipeline for long term back up.
· Helping leader to do Vendor Management for both recruiting supplier.
Other paper work and routine work as required.
Mandatory Skills
5-8 Recruitment experience
2-5 year IT working Experience
English skills must be excellent, fluent oral English is required
· Good understanding of IT industry recruitment.
· Self-motivation, could work under big pressure
· Quick learner
· Good team player
