The Electrical Engineer should:
· Provide controls and electrical development of new products or product enhancements for the automotive equipment industry;

· Research and develop new methods of controlling automotive equipment;

· Take lead on test and validate undercar products to assure product performance and quality;

· Take lead on design and setup of test apparatus when necessary;

· Work closely with suppliers to initiate and follow-up on cost saving initiatives;

· Work with manufacturing and service personnel to resolve problems and improve manufacturability and serviceability of products;

· Work with manufacturing engineering on value engineering initiatives to reduce product cost and/or improve performance of designs;.

· Training technicians and service engineers on product info.

Technical Quali？cations:
· Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or controls engineering with minimum 3 years experience;

· Proven record of successful product development and implementation with good controls and electrical design knowledge;

· Strong experience with PLC’s and various sensors;

· Knowledgeable in motor controls, wiring , and power systems;

· Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems;

· Must possess good problem solving and analytical skills;

· Must possess good communication skills;.

· Skilled in English language。

· Identification of environment Aspect and prevent pollution

· Other EHS and 6S issue.

1，解决公司电气中遇到的疑难问题,设计完成工艺员对于设备电气方面的诉求；
2，负责设备电气方面故障的排除及设备改进；
3，负责独立完成公司触摸屏、西门子,三菱以及欧姆龙PLC软件设计和修改程序；
4，负责公司中高频感应加热炉，1000/600T压力机，数控加工中心等机器的维修及改进；
5， 负责公司设备部日常工作安排。
