Job description 工作描述:
1, to make the purchase requisition and purchase order as per production planning, to ensure get the goods in time; or make adjustments accordingly. 根据生产计划， 相应制定物料请购&采购计划， 确保物料及时到达公司，满足生产与交付需求。 或根据实际情况相应做出调整，如订单提前或推后。
2， to order and get the goods in time as per the relevant departments’ reasonable purchase requisition.确保其它部门合理请购的产品，及时采购与到位。
3, to coordinate with the non-confirming quality issue, and make sure goods receipt in the system in time or return or replacement. 与相关部门解决供方质量问题，确保产品及时入库或退换。
4, Conduct negotiations in the field of purchasing to get cost saving， good delivery or quality improvement. 采购商务谈判以节约成本,改善交货期或提升品质
5,Conduct supplier evaluation and management. 供应商评估和管理
6, Corporation with engineering or project to sourcing some new goods.配合工程或项目寻找新物料的供应资源
7, maintain good relationships with suppliers, and to keep stable supply to company.确保与供应商维持良好合作关系， 使其能够长久稳定地为公司提供供应或服务.
8, make the payment application complete in time. 确保付款申请及时完成。
9, other jobs assigned by supervisor. 上级安排的其它任务。
Qualification 岗位要求:
●College degree or above.大专以上学历
●Minimum 3 years purchasing experience. 至少3年采购经验
●Experiences and knowledge of hand tools material is preferred. 有手动工具材料经验尤佳
●Familiar with ERP system, Iscala is preferred. 熟悉ERP系统，Iscala系统尤佳。
●Familiar with office software especially Excel. 熟练操作办公室软件，特别是Excel的运用。
●High cost sense. 成本意识强
